  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup canned no-salt-added mushroom stems and pieces (drained and chopped)
  • 1/2 cup onion (finely minced)
  • 2 tbsp garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 1/2 lbs lean ground turkey
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (finely chopped for garnish)

Meatloaf Glaze

  • 2 tbsp reduced sodium chunky salsa
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce (no salt added)
